Aims and Objectives

Swimbridge House aims to provide a safe environment, with 24 hour nursing care by qualified and trained nursing staff for the medically and chronically sick.

Swimbridge House considers the quality of life is the greatest importance, and aims to maintain and improve the health of our residents while proving a caring, secure and stimulating atmosphere as near to normal as possible.

Residents are encouraged to be as independent as possible and participate in the day to day routine of the home.

We will respect the privacy, dignity and integrity of all our residents will be met wherever possible.

We will meet the ongoing needs of our residents, through discussion, monitoring and our efficient network of caring staff who work to individual care plans based on "physical, emotional and special needs" of our residents.

Swimbridge House is unable to accommodate residents of an aggressive or disruptive nature.
